This is my build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GYQVPs. first off, I can only use one stick of ram I don't know why the computer refuses to boot if I put both in and secondly I feel like my 1080ti isn't performing as it should. I can't get 60fps ultra settings in Wildlands, Deus ex and can barely maintain steady frames in pubg. Is this all because of my ram? If so what new ram should I buy?

see if theres a bios update for ram compatibility...

have you tried each stick separate?
have you checked the manual to make sure your using the ram in the rite ram slot?
are you running the ram thats working at 2133 or 3200 when you tried both sticks?

So it didnt boot with the one I'm not using, for some reason. I have the ram inside of the very last slot

if it doesnt boot with 1 stick but does the other then i would assume 1 of them is DOA.

Have a look in the manual and see which slot needs to be used first, im pretty sure its not the last slot, its more like A2, so try 1 stick of ram at a time in that slot first, using just the last slot will cause all sorts of problems.
