S-VHS Conversion

I have an S-VHS chrominance/luminance TV-OUT port on my gfx card, but the (really-old) TV I want to plug in only supports Composite Video and RGB inputs via a SCART. Is there any easy way to convert the signals?

Ah @!~#. I am really new to this stuff. I meant S-Video not S-VHS
