Sabertooth 990fx r2 RAM slots

I have a problem with my RAM slots. when i put a singel stick in slot B2 it works, but when i change that same stick to on of the other 3 slots it wont boot. I can put in al my ram then it works but only with 4gb and i have 12 installed. if i install my sticks wrong the led goes solid red and it wont post.

cpu: amd fx8350
motherbord asus sabertooth 990fx r2
cpu cooler: hyper evo 212
ram: 2x4gb Corsair Vengeance 2x2gb hyper x

if i use the 2 Corsair sticks it won't boot ,but when i use only 1 in slot b2 it boots
