Sabertooth Z77 Network Connection Issues

I've built this rig May of 2013. It was perfectly fine up until a few months ago. The issue I am having is after boot (boot time is normal) the network connection will "Identify" for about 3-5 minutes and then connect. Once in a blue moon, Windows boot will hang for around the same time frame and will boot up with immediate network access. This is a rare occasion though. Before this started to happen, my network would instantly connect. I am hard-wired to my router, not using wireless.

My network adapter is an Intel 82579V (onboard). I've tried re-installing the driver files, as well as reverting, but to no avail. Just wondering if anyone could have any ideas as to what may be causing this, or if anyone has experienced a similar issue. Everything else is working perfectly fine.

Better start with checking your network connection is working fine i mean the performance, may be its a common & basic thing to check first. So go to http://www.netscan.co and press the big button there... Netscan will perform a series of network tests automatically and give you a URL that you can share to get it sorted
