News Sabrent Scores Another World First: Meet The Ultra-Fast 4TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD

Do NOT buy this drive expecting performance! This is primarily for those who want the small form factor of a M.2 drive, and want extra storage beyond their primary M.2 NVMe drive. This drive will be slower than MLC/TLC-based NVMe drives when it comes to write performance. So get this only if you want extra storage but don't have room for a 3.5" or 2.5" drive (and have two M.2 slots).

The less people buy these low-performing QLC-based SSDs, the less mfgs will invest into them (I hope). While they have a good use case as described above, I prefer technology advances that actually improve the status quo rather than being worse than the status quo.
