Safe Finder Virus..help please :( Can't remove it

I was stupid enough to get infected with this BS, I have uninstalled it from my programs, ran malware removal tools, reset my browser settings but can't shake it 🙁 and every few minutes I get these adds that say "Powered by SafeFinder" and its so annoying.

Can anyone help?
