Safe Gpu temp?

i have a gtx 750 ti i tried to but it under stress by using gpu-z render test for 20 minutes.
the temprature reached 73c and stayed there for the last 10 minutes.
fan speed stuck at 61%.
is this a safe temp for a gpu? and if not should i raise fan speed manually?
and would it be okay under high pressure games?
if it's relevant it's not over clocked but it reaches 1163.7mhz which is higher than the boost clock 1111mhz (gpu boost)

sometimes the clock speed gets screwed up and it misreads don't worry its normal it will fix itself and clock speeds are generally higher than what they say. and your gpu temp it is fine completley normal

thanks for replying i was worried that the temp was high because i was going to play nier:automata on 720p low settings and as we know the game is gpu consuming i think it's going to be 99%~100% gpu usage almost all the time so i was worried that it won't handle the pressure.
