Safe level of optimal settings for Firestorm in Zotac 1050Ti OC

Hi, I just wanted someone expert about overclocks. I wanted to know the safe setting of numbers of overclocking settings in Firestorm for Zotac 1050Ti OC. Possibly the safest peak I can get. Thanks!

Just google GTX 1050Ti over-clocks and see what other people have gotten. No one can give you the safest peak because when it comes to over-clocking, everyone gets different settings that they can achieve.

For example:
1 guy can over-clock is FX-8350 all the way to 7.0GHz at just 1.5V's
but most people aren't able to over-clock the FX-8350 to even 6.0GHz..most being 1.5v's at 5.5Ghz usually.

The reason for this is because it's become what we have known as the silicon lottery. You either get an amazing card that can over-clock extremely well, or a card that does it normally, or a card that will do it very poorly with you barely able to achieve even 100+mhz clocks.

Silicon Lottery? It's my first time to hear about that. Do you mean that not all of the graphic cards are the same? There are high quality and some are just the average?

In any case, is there a way for me to determine if my gpu is capable of overclocking the limit? Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply but all GPU's are around the same in terms of quality when coming from a manufacturer.

When I say silicon lottery, I mean some GPU's are able to over-clock better then others. All of the GPU's will have the same performance level at normal clocks.

That's why some GPU manufacturers even sell GPU's that are over-clocked from the get go.

Basically, all it really means is that you can get slightly better performance off of GPU's then other people can at normal clocks. Other then that, over-clocking will be different for everyone.
