Safe Overclock for AMD FX 6-core

Hello all I was looking to find out what a safe overclock for my cpu would be? My specs are:

MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard
AMD FX 6300
XFX R7 370 Radeon GPU
Corsair 850 PSU
16GB HyperX RAM

My CPU is water cooled so I feel I may be able to push a bit more overlclock.

Cooler that probably cost more than cpu, interesting. There are many guides on the internet, try google!
