Safe temperatures for intel xeon 1241v3?

Hello, so I bought a new cooler and under 100% load my CPU reached a maximum of 67 degrees celcius. Is this safe? When idle it can go down to 25 degrees and maximum 30-40 (don't remember well). When I play bf1 with fps cap to 60 fps (which makes me use 50% or so of my cpu) the temps are at about 50 or upper 40's.

Are these temperatures safe?

I used real temp GT to measure the hotest core and used prime95 to stress test my CPU. I ran the test for 25 minutes.

I should also mention that most of the time, like 75% of the time, the hotest core is bellow 57 degrees. Only from time to time it reaches 60 and goes up to 63 then goes down more (I don't know how it red 67 degrees)

Hahahahahahaha yeah that's obviously supposed to be Celsius. Wow sorry.

You're probably fine. As long as it's not in the high 60s for a prolonged period of time. Worst case scenario you'll have to allow the fan to run faster.
~70F degrees is the max safe operating temp for that Xeon. 67F is a little high for continuous use, but I wouldn't worry about it if it was just a quick peak.

What cooler are you using? Those temps are a little higher than they should be. Are you sure the heatsink is mounted correctly with thermal paste?

I am quite sure my heatsink is properly mounted and I believe I have applied the thermal paste the right way because I have a huge improvement over the intel stock cooler and here's my cooler: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B007VQO7GE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I've also used an adapter for noise reduction (I think it's just a 3 pin fan resistor) from Fractal Design Silent Series R2 Black/White Silence-Optimized 120mm Case Fan. So the RPM is definitely lower than what it should be, but temps were not really different from what I remember. And when using real temp GT it showed me that I still had 30-ish for distance to TJ max when my CPU was at 60-ish degrees in the stress test, meaning that it can reach up to 100 degrees no? I could also use it up to 83 degrees when I didn't have my new cooler yet. I also see you put the letter ''F'' after the number, are you referring to fahrenheit?

I've also never reached even close to 70% on my CPU usage when playing some games like battlefield 1, guild wars 2 and a couple of f2p mmo's. I will test bf1 tomorrow with uncapped FPS and see if my CPU will reach any higher % and check the temps.

Ok so I have done the test, I capped my FPS to 200 FPS (which my GPU can't reach because it's not powerful enough) so it uses so much more CPU now and it's hotest peak was at 61 degrees but mostly ranging around 55 degrees. I've played for about an hour and a half too. Is this better?
