Safe Temperatures for XEON 2630 v3?

Hey guys,

Im running Dual xeon 2630 v3s on a supermicro X10DRL-1
Cooling with supermicro active coolers and my cosair 540 high airflow case

What is the range of safe temperatures my predecessor should be running at?

When my computer was running a heavy render it hit about 54 Degrees at maximum im wondering what is the range my cpu should be safely running at?

54°C is excellent. Ideally you should keep them below 80°C at full load, but they shouldn't throttle until they get close to 100°C.
