I just got a new computer for gaming, and before I started installing my games I saw that I had practically no memory on my drive. I have a 1tb drive, so when I checked what was going on I saw under (This PC/C) there was a single file that was taking up 763gb. It is called "Temp_SafeToDeleteRefreshFile_Attempt0_File0" Now I know it says 'safe to delete' within the title, but seeing as I've never seen this file before I figured I should ask. If necessary, I can upload a picture of the drive and its contents.
Thanks.

If you got the computer from a major OEM (Dell, HP, etc), call them and ask what that file is and why it's on your computer. Most likely it's a QC check file, but there's a chance it's from some sort of recovery program and they gave you a refurb system. If the date of creation is older than when you first used the computer, it's definitely grounds for complaining and getting a replacement (and if you are good at dealing with them, perhaps an upgrade).

If the file doesn't fit the above, run a virus scan and delete.
