Safe to keep Intel Turbo Boost Max 3.0 enabled at all times?

I enabled the Turbo Boost for my i9-7920x, and did notice core performance increased by at least 7% for the application I was running. I constantly see the core clock in Task Manager jump around from ~3.9ghz during activity, to ~2.5ghz while idle. I've also noticed my core temperature sits at 26C idle, and 41C under load. (before overclocking, core was 32C under load)

I know the temperature isn't a dramatic difference, but how does constant core adjusting affect the longevity of the processor? My computer is always on, so say I had turbo boost enabled for 2-3 years, does that constant clock swing affect anything that I should be concerned about? Thank you for your time.

Nothing to worry about, the CPU is designed to work that way. The temps you are getting are great, so no worries on that front. And the boosts will only get your more performance, but no negative effect. It boosts (rather than keeping high speeds all of the time) in order to save energy, so it is intended to be extra fast, it just isn't all of the time, only when needed.
