Question Safe VCIOO / VCSAA voltages, and stability ?

My question is what is safe voltages within VCIOO / VCSAA ( IMC ).. My auto VCIOO is 1.34, and VCSAA 1.15 in bios, i've tried to fintune theese, within a voltage of 1.1 - 1.13 i stutter lag in games, but when i get up to 1.2 and 1.2250 it seems like the issues is fixxed, what is safe voltages to push here? especially for my RAM kit and Motherboard / CPU! atm i have both set to 1.2250. ( 1.250 Reading ) in hwinfo.

In BIOS: Voltages in VCIOO and VCSAA are colored: Under 1.15 white, 1.15 and up yellow, and 1.25 and over Pink/Purple.
