I have a B350F motherboard, hyper h410r, and I’m currently overclocking at 4GHZ with a voltage of 1.375. My idle temp sits at about 35 degrees average. I was wondering if this is safe long term and if I could go even higher, I ran a cinebench test and it with max load it didn’t go over 70 with an average of about 67 degrees celsius.(update) I cranked it up to 4.1 GHZ with a voltage of 1.38125 underload it peaked at 71 degrees and I got a cb of 1320 compared to 1274 at 4GHZ.

Solution
1.38v is fine. try to stay below 1.4 and you're fine. Keep load temps to about 70 and you're gravy bro. Enjoy the 4.1GHz OC. seems like you win the silicon lottery this round.

Run Prime95 small FFT and see how long it holds before declaring victory...

So is my 4.12 at 1.38/1.406 under load adequate for long term? Core 51c / socket 56c

Gotcha, so if it’s stable under load at 1.38....ish would be better could my LLC be boosting it too much..I’m at a -.00625 offset on high LLC it still tikes 1.406 for a split second but stays mostly at 1.394
