[SOLVED] Safely Remove Unneeded files from Windows 8.1 Pro?

Hello,

My System Drive (C:\) is pretty well maxed out and I desperately need to clear some space!

I'm looking to find files/folders etc that I can SAFELY and easily exorcise from my computer.

To start with - I've heard you can somehow find and remove all old installers and their associated Temporary files? and unnecessary left over files from uninstalled things etc...?


Any ideas?

Start by running the Disk Cleanup utility that's built-in to Windows:

[USAFRet]

Install and run either WinDirStat, or WizTree.

Run as Administrator, selecting only the drive in question.
Post a screencap here.

Also, a screencap of your Disk Management window.
