Most of man’s inventions historically have come out of the Asian continent simply because the vast majority of the world’s population has always been on the Asian continent. Civilization is a function of population. This is a very westernized thought process that civilization somehow just started a few centuries ago. The western world has only been in the drivers seat since maybe a century before the Industrial Revolution …
Africa has Asia trumped as Man was invented in Africa…Boom!!! JK lol

I guess if you consider man an invention by man. But yes that would be correct our species about 50,000 years ago left Africa. Although there were other hominid species that left much earlier they were neither as inventive or as successful at well …. Spreading like sy….llis carried by a w….e following an army camp. And this my friend why we are in the verge of Skynet courtesy and Nvidia … consider this like training your job replacement!

"I think there is a world market for maybe five computers."
Thomas Watson, president of IBM, 1943

We all get stuff wrong every day. Be kind.
In 1943, there literally was a market for only 5 computers. Computers were as big as houses, and consumed a power plants worth of electricity every day, in 1943, and were insanely expensive. There wern't even many governments on the planet that could afford them, nevermind corporations, and forget individuals. Nobody was buying computers for personal use in 1943, the technology hadn't percolated down to the masses yet. You can't pull a quote out of the context of the times, and bring it into the modern day, and still expect it to apply.
