[SOLVED] Same FPS at low and high settings!!!

I am playing a lot of Call-of-Duty-Black-Ops-4 Blackout. My problem is that I have the same fps and low and high settings. I have change the CPU at gaming mode but there is just a little change. What can I do?
My specs :
CPU : i5 6500
GPU : Nvidia GTX 1060 Founders edition
Ram : 8 Gb

have a 25 inch TV monitor full HD... I search it but there is no where something that say that the fps problem is cause of the monitor. You think that probably is the problem?

Your FPS is within acceptable boundaries for your build. The purpose of an i5/GTX 1060 build isn't high framerates, but ultra settings at 60 FPS. If you are experiencing strange stuttering or slowdowns, it is likely do to the TV's refresh rate, which for most TVs is just below 30 FPS. You might want to get yourself a better viewing experience, to match the power of your computer. Just keep in mind this will not increase your framerate, but will reduce stuttering and input lag.

what's bottlenecking your performance is your RAM, i'd suggest adding 8 more gb of it.

I have think of that too and I am planning to change my ram with the trident z 16gb

When you change your settings do you restart the game afterwards? In many games you have to restart the game for some settings to work.

To be honest I don't... Maybe I will give that a try too.

Going to 16gb might help a little by reducing cpu workload as less caching to the HDD/SSD. Your main limitation is your cpu, monitor your usage as I strongly expect 1 or mores cores are at 100%.

Well let’s prove it first but that is my expectation. What is the cpu usage on each core when in game?

You should add another RAM stick that will total up to 16GB to ease background load. Pretty much gaming PC has a bare minimum of 16GB.

So I have decide and order G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB DDR4-3600MHz (F4-3600C18D-16GTZRX)... I hope they do some difference... I will let you know when I have them...
