This pc I bought 2 days ago has issues in fps.I'm getting only 250-290 fps in CSGO when i should get minimum 300.The difference between graphics does not exist and resolution same. Please help I had another thread active but no solution.PLEASE HELP...

Solution
CSGO is heavy on the CPU. Changing the graphics card wont do you any difference. What you could try if you want to have a bit higher fps is maybe overclock your CPU.
When you change your graphics settings youre just using 2% more or less of your already probably very low GPU usage. See if you GPU only needs 30% of its power to run all the textures needed then turning off those said textures will make it run at maybe 25%. This is due to your CPU being able to only calculate those said 250-290fps.
If you had some imaginary CPU that could calculate maybe 50000fps, then you kept the same GPU which will then have to run at 100% to try to keep up with the CPU you'd be running at maybe 800fps(dont take these numbers seriously) and only in...

The CPU drives fps, not the GPU. The GPU drives textures. The fps did not change when you moved the graphics quality because the CPU is your bottleneck. The CPU is pegged out, so lowering the graphics will not give the CPU any more power.

Also you can confirm this by monitoring your GPU and CPU usage(with something like MSI Afterburner)
You CPU usage should be near the 100% and GPU usage should be low(mind you, only in games like CSGO)
