same graphics cards, diff casings and # of fans?

Hi, I am looking to buy the GeForce GTX 970 on amazon but these two have different casings with a different number of fans. The following options on amazon for this particular graphics card are below. Which one should I choose. I can buy any of them because they all cost under 500 dollars? Any advice? Thanks!

Performance wise, they will all be the same. The more fans, the cooler it should be but you should really not have any issues with any of these cards as long as you don't plan to overclock or anything.
