Hello! I needed to buy MEMORY for my build (specs below), as I was checking the compatibility Iist I wondered about some meanings:
I was interested in buying R009D408GX2-3200C16A, but I saw it's written 4 times, and eac of them has a different versions and sometimes profile.

E.G.
ThermaltakeR009D408GX2-3200C16A Ver 1.1.2

ThermaltakeR009D408GX2-3200C16A Ver:1.1.3

Thermaltake R009D408GX2-3200C16A Ver:1.1.3(Profile2)

ThermaltakeR009D408GX2-3200C16A Ver.1.1.4

What changes between them? I've seen it also happens with other memories (like Corsair)

SPECS:
MOTHERBOARD
: B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: AMD Radeon 5600 xt
PSU: TX6550M (80+ gold)

Thanks in advance!

Solution
if it has different version, than its different stick
can be different ram IC (ie samsung on one, micron on another), different trace layout, different subtimings
mine sticks have revision 18..so nothing uncommon, they keep changin revisions due to cost savings, getting rid of some other ram ICs...

profile2 means that this particular kit has several XMP profiles, and only profile 2 will work out of box
lets say profile1 4000MHz, profile2 3600MHz

How can I see the version? I'm checking, for example, on amazon and I see nothing related to that ^^'
