Hello
I am wanting to get another set of 2x8gb ram, but a lot of them are out of stock. Right now I have 2x8gb ram already in my PC, but it base clock is at 3000mhz and I overclocked it to 3200mhz.
I want the exact same speed and model of course, but all of them are out of stock. I am thinking of buying the same ram brand and model, but instead it has a base clock of 3200mhz. Will I have any problems with my computer if I were to install 2 sets of ram with a minimal speed difference?

Ram I have: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz
Ram I want: CORSAIR - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2PK x 8GB) 3200mhz DDR4
Motherboard I own: gigabyte z390 aorus pro wifi

Solution
They'll probably work together. Personally, I haven't tried it with DDR4, but my experiences with DDR2/3 suggest that as long as you clock to your slowest / least capable module, odds are good you'll be fine.
