Samsung 22'' good or nah

Hello guys.I just wanted to ask you if this monitor is a good deal.Now i broke my last monitor by punching it and i'm in need of a new one since i'm using my tv as a monitor and its not rly acceptable for gaming although it is really good for watching tv/yt...I found this monitor online for 38$ Samsung SyncMaster 2253BW - LCD monitor - 22" Series and i wonder if its a good monitor since i dont have that big of a budget and it seemed like the least expensive one.If u want i can put the monitor page so u can look at the stats since i dont know anything about monitors

If you're gonna punch this one too, then it's fine, I guess.
It certainly would hurt your wallet much more, if you punched 32" 4k monitor.
