Samsung 22" T220 HD

Hi, i am purchasing a new computer monitor and have found the Samsung 22" to be quite good and will sastify my gaming needs. Just a few questions, can you hook up cable to this this monitor and watch TV? Will i really notice the 5ms response time? Has anyone experienced ghosting,bleeding, discolouration with this monitor? Also, tell me if im getting it for a good deal. Im willing to spend up to 400$ for a high performance LCD monitor.Help would be greatly appreaciated. 😀

I am also getting a good Video Card ATI Sapphire HD4870 graphics card 1024mb.

So no worries if my pc cant handle it, it can. 😀
