Samsung 850 vs 840 pro

What kind of performance increase would I see with the more expensive 850 Pro as my OS drive on a video editing machine vs. the older 840 Pro? Looking at upgrading my four year old AMD Phenom II X6 based workstation.

Both are excellent SSDs. There's no difference that you will ever notice between the two.

According to SSD Boss,is unaware of any differences/advantages but the life expectancy of the 850Pro is about 35% higher than the 840Pro.
