After building a new pc and transferring my sata 870 evo to it - it randomly became inaccessible. It did not have any issues according to crystal disk info on previous pc and had good health left, but now I can't do anything to it. It doesn't show in bios, shows in windows but can't be opened, can't be formatted, erased, partition removed. By using disk drill and aomei partition assistant, I was able to access it and found all my files and was able to copy them (there's nothing I need in there), but I can't delete anything, can't even check it with chkdisk, or delete partition with those apps.

Checking it for bad sector does find thousands of them, which is weird, considering the only thing I did is transfer it from one pc to another, but nothing else can be done.

Did ssd just die for some reason, or became read only, or what happened to it?
