Samsung 960 Evo m.2 250GB at Asus mobo resets PC, six months old, worked fine till today. After some 30min resets the PC, (behave like reset button), no BSOD or freeze. I have to leave it for a 10-15min and will boot again (it is not hot, it is around 40c). I changed/swap memory modules, disconnected other drives and GPU, no change. I suspected also PSU, but booting Linux from bootable USB drive works fine.
Also I tried both m.2 ports, uninstall Samsung drivers, but no help.

I strongly suspect this drive failure, has anyone this kind of problem?

OS:

Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date?
Have you tried recreating your bootable USB installer for Windows and tried reinstalling your OS to rule out a corrupt installer?
