Specs are:
CPU: Intel i5-6500
Motherboard: Asus b150 pro gaming aura
Ram: 16 GB Avexier DDR4 2133 MHZ
SSD/HDD: Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe PCIe M.2 500 GB
GPU: Intel HD 630
PSU: Antec vp 550
Chassis: Coolermaster mastebox lite 5
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
I just updated the BIOS to the latest version.

When running benchmarks, I noticed that while the read and write speeds are as expected, the read and write speeds are much lower (see attached screenshots link ) it should be Read 3,500 MB/s and Write 3,200 MB/s

Yes i will boot from it cause currently i am using this as my boot device so i will buy this pci express and use it as my boot drive .. what adjustments do i need to do in bios cause yesterday I updated my bios to the latest version... thank you

Well, make CERTAIN that you can boot from a drive installed to that card. I only gave it a cursory glance to make sure it is x4 capable....caveat emptor.

BIOS adjustments would be making certain that your boot device is correctly specified.
