Question Samsung 980 m.2 speed problem

I have i7 4790k prosser
Motherboard Z97-K
Ram ddr3 8x2
Smps 750w
Graphics card Gtx 1080it

My problem is i installed new Samsung 980 m.2 but speed is very slow
W-820 R-700 something...

I already updated bios but problem is not fix please help me 😔
