Question Samsung 990 not showing up

I just got a Samsung 990 1TB and in BIOS and in Disk management it doesn't show up. (And why I got a Gen 4 drive for a Gen 3 board is for a little future proofing) and yes BIOS is updated to the newest one (not beta)
Specs:
R5 5600
B450 Steel Legend
RX6600 8GB
Samsung 970 Evo 500gb
Samsung 990 1TB
WD Blue 2TB 7200RPM
WD Enterprise drive 5400RPM

So moving my 970 to my top M.2 and 990 to bottom fixed my problem.
