Question Samsung 990 pro problem

Guys so i bought a samsung 990 pro 4tb, installed it, installed win 11.
Worked well for like 20 min then it crashed now it wont show anywhere,
Not in bios, not in any device manager.
It used to flash 2 times red then a pause then again 2 times red and so on, i updated bios and everything and still wont show up anywhere.
The only thing i have not tried is with an adapter
I have a asus z-170 pro motherboard(idk if its too old for this ssd),
Any ideea what can i do?

Also i have selected the m2 boot and when i start it up it keeps restarting itself to infinity

I would try running the Samsung Magician software to see if the 990 firmware needs updating.

Unplug/replug the ssd see if it makes a diff.
