I was watching tv and something fell from behind the TV and when i went to see what it was. It was the wireless stick with the USB port suck to it. It completely fell off the motherboard. I figured no big deal i will call samsung and have them fix it. Well to my surprise they sent out a tech who never showed up, And said it was customer neglect.So i contacted again. And they said they would send out another company to fix. 3 weeks go buy so i call. Oh surprise surprise they said it was customer neglect before anyone even looked at it. And once again no one showed up. Spend $3000 on a garbage tv. To be told i damaged it. Little do they know i hook up 3-10 tvs a day with 0 thats right 0 damage claims. I know what i am doing and they just dont want to fess up. Will i every buy or recomend a samasung NO, Will i tell every customer i talk to to buy another brand due to this. Sure will i will tell them to buy another name brand the cares. And the best part they adivesd me to get the extended warrenty. For what for them not to fix there faulty product. Sorry Big box store. I will start sending in customers to buy other brands.
