I bought a used Samsung All in One PC - Model DP500A2D-A02B and the seller told me they had wiped the drive but that does not appear to be the case and when I boot it boots to a windows login and the login appears to be tied to their gmail account.
Is there anything I can do to get around this and maybe have windows do a factory restore?
I went into the bios to see if I can change the boot order and the only option listed is Boot Manager. I am not sure what that is but does not give me the option to select USB or CD, etc.. maybe it does that automatically but I am not sure.
Before I go out and get a different drive I wanted to post this to see if there is anything I can do--
Thx in advance.
