The pixels are literally moving like a layer of noise on top of the picture.
Samsung CF791 Quantum dot 100hz horrible color banding and noise like moving pixels? i notice it on ps5 menu , is this because of quantum dot technology or whatever?
In windows game i did not notice this, maybe some bad hdmi cable? i also tried other hdmi cable and was same result, on my sony bravia 85 inch tv, same hdmi cable has no issue whatsoever.
also i unplugged the hdmi and plug it in the other monitor ,while playing, an old samgung <Mod Edit> lcd, and no issue whatsoever, so it must be something with this monitor.
Anyone else ever had this issue? it really looks horrible, much worse in reality then the video i made with my phone, it s like looking at a very compressed artefacted jpeg.
