Question Samsung Evo 850 250 gb not booting after installing new case.

Hey guys, Im so done here. Been trying to trouble shoot this Samsung SSd all day. I bought a new case. So I moved everything over, no biggie. Now ssd drive is showing disk error, insert repair disk.. Wtf.. It was working perfect before, never had problem. Its my main drive with OS. I tried everything in the book from bios, changing boot scenarios, clearing CMOS, ran in IDE, ACHI, except RAID which i dont use. Im dumbfounded. The drive has no problem showing up in bios. I have only had the drive for 2 yrs. Magician gave me working good all the time. Luckily, the drive shows up in my daughters pc, so i can backup if need to.
Any ideas will be great and appreciated.

Have you bothered running repair on it yet?
Insert your Windows installation media and boot from it and then run startup repair in the troubleshooting section.

I would have the sata ports in AHCI mode, CSM enabled, and Legacy+UEFI mode set in the bios myself but try to matach the way it was when you set it up originally.
