Question Samsung EVO plus Label?

HI All

I built a computer using a 500gb Samsung evo plus ssd. I read the directions. But, It didn't say anything about the label.
Is there usually a label on ssd that need to be pulled off? My computers been running a couple of days now. I would imagine there would be a smoky smell or the label would look burnt but Im getting any of that. Could the logo and stuff be painted on perhaps?

Thanks. This is the first time using a ssd. You'd think a big company like Samsung would provide some decent directions. Afterall they charge a premium for their products.
