Anyone have it fail on step 3? It was cruising along till step 3 then failed at 80% I hit retry and its at least made it to 81% now.

Yeah same here. Failed at 82%. Tried it 3 times and same result.

Mine worked on the second try. Fail message gave option to try again and unless it decided to start over without resetting the progress bar, it continued on to finish from 80%. Taking over an hour to finish from 80%.
