Appologies if this is in the wrong thread, but I thought it was a mobile issue.
I have the above tablet, which is a PC World replacement for the same model which had battery issues and was returned 3 times.
Subsequently they provided a replacement, this one is now also showing the same problem.
What do you think I can do with resolving this - ask for a full refund (Incidentally, it was bought through a Business Account) ????
