Samsung Galaxy TabPro 10.1 Battery Problems

I've had this tablet since Christmas day. The battery can not hold charge when using apps. Its can drop from 70% to 20% within a minute. Then straight down to 3% after about 10 seconds. I can reset the tablet and it says its is 60% then will just shoot back down again. Could this be software problems or the battery being just flat out bust. Ive looked everywhere but no-one else has this problem.

You need to contact samsung and get a warrenty repair. I hope you bought this new.

Yeah i did buy it new from PC World but didn't take out their insurance. Do you know what i need to actually get the warranty repair? Just proof of purchase?

All that you need with Samsung is the proof of purchase.

Did you get this resolved ?

I too bought one of these from PC World, but bak in August 2014. Subsequently PC World have had it back 3 time to send back to Samsung (supposedly). After the third return, I received a call saying they were giving me a replacement tablet.

Now, just a couple of weeks on, the issue appears to be the same on this tablet too.

I think I'll ask for a refund.
