A 49 inch, 144 Hz gaming display? I need this... now!

I am planning on upgrading my 1080p desktop PC that I built in 2012 at some point in the near future. I plan on building a 3804x2160p 120Hz desktop PC. I've been trying to decide on screen size. I currently have a 27" monitor - but, that would obviously be too small for 3840x2160p. I have been looking at TVs trying to get a feel of what would work and 40" seems about right - but, I looked at a 50" curved TV and that seemed to also be about right.
The curved screen seems to make 50" feel like a 40" flat panel. I'm thinking of going with a 50" curved monitor.

i have samsung suhd tv 49ks, in gaming mode, and is ok for windows 10 , in 4k resolution.

With these monitors and other releases, it looks like I'll be waiting until 2018, or possibly forever.

C32HG75 and C27HG75 are the G-sync equivalents of the C32HG70 and C27HG70 Freesync monitors. They're on a Samsung product road map revealed earlier this year on Reddit.

I'm also waiting for G-Sync / > 60Hz 4K myself, though it may be a while since even 1440p is tough to maintain at 144Hz+ presently.
Still, the thought of 4K with 144Hz / G-Sync makes me

That 49" is like having 3 1080 monitors without the bezels sure that is for some but 1080, currently what I'm trying to upgrade from isn't clear enough even with all the fancy aa cranked you still miss objects in the distance. I recently tried the asus 3440x1440 100hz ultrawide on VA samsung panel and no matter how i tweaked it there was just to much ghosting for me color bleeding into each other fuzzy or to dark. I will wait for BenQ to release an HDR ultrawide with 144hz and seeming as they are now supporting freesync I hope they get fs2 because it is the exact same thing as gsync2 without the extra cost, HDR 144+hz 4ms or less response and samsung coming with a 1ms on all three of these panels is very promising.

That 49 inches be nice if it was a IPS and was 4k. None the less its quite a monitor compared to my Asus PG348Q.

Missed the QLED part but looking to see reviews of this thing, looks pretty awesome. The only problem i see is the aspect ratio not many games will support this unless there new. I find my monitor i have now nice for somewhat new titles, but the old ones have big black bars.

I've been waiting for OLED, but if their "QLED" is close enough, I'd definitely jump on that 27".

At 3840x1080 it's literally the same as a 4k panel cut in half or put another way, two 1080p panels next to one another minus the bezels.

It's not anything like 3 panels.
