[SOLVED] Samsung Internal drive from Dell Laptop to USB?

I have a Samsung HS08XJC drive from a Dell 430 Laptop. It is clearly intended to only ever be an internal drive - the connector is tiny. But I need to see what's on it, so I need to try to find an adapter or combination of adapters that will make it accessible.

It is described as a 1.8" Ultra-ATA/100 drive but all of the things I have seen so far have the wrong sort of connector - much too big.

Any ideas?

Convert from 1.8" PATA to 2.5" PATA.
Then convert from 2.5" PATA to 3.5" PATA.
And use PCI/PCIE PATA adapter.

Then convert from 2.5" PATA to 3.5" PATA.
And use PCI/PCIE PATA adapter.

Replace last two adapter with this
