Hi, I wanna upgrade my samsung J5, but don't know how. I need more space, so what sd card I should buy? Expensive better than cheap? And how much size of GB I need, or what size of card is recommended? One dumb question, but I wanna know, can I upgrade phone ram, or other components, make it run faster, and etc...? Also I wanna know should I need make factory reset, and upgrade phone freshly?

Solution
expensive smartphones usually have bigger battery, faster cpu and gpu, more ram and more internal storage capacity so yes, if you are not happy with the j5, then go for a higher model

the ram, i wouldn't buy something with less than 2 gbs of ram

the internal storage capacity, 16 gbs

the cpu, 6 cores minimum, 8 is alot better

if you can't afford a new phone and want to try a software upgrade on that j5, then most times people just load a custom rom for the phone

the problem with that is that voids any warranty you have on the phone, those roms are not 100% perfect and will not support 100% of your hardware, usually they don't have video camera support, radio support or probles with bluetooth or wifi

if you are new to the whole...

if you are new to the whole custom software for a smartphone, i recomend you to read alot and be prepared to brick the phone, so be sure to have a plan b if your j5 doesn't work anymore

other than that, see if ota updates help you and each year a full phone reset helps, sometimes some apps downloaded will degrade system performance and will leave services running all the time, that is not desirable

Oh thanks for fast and good answer. I will know that in future... Maybe you know what sd card I should use? What class and uhs class I need? What brand is best? And one more question, does smartphones needs antivirus, antimalware, or something? There is cleaners, or optimizers? If is, what I should to use?
