Question samsung qe43q60ra connected to Asus ROG g15

Hi guys,

I am gaming on a asus rog g15 with rtx 2060 and intel i7 10th gen, 16 gb of ram.
I have a samsung display samsung qe43q60ra connected to it and I have the res set to 2k.
In most games I have micro stutter, eg fallout 76.
Turning down my graphics won't work and vsync on or off is the same thing.
Is it another setting that I don't know?

Hello,

This question is for the ones that are familiar with Fallout 76 on a gaming laptop.
I have massive fps drops and stuttering at the missile silos when preparing the launch.
Also of I turn my pipboy light on and off it is a massive fps drop followed by a stutter but only in the silo.
Randomly in other places but not as bad as in the silo, losing around 10 or 15 frames there.
I made the ini files changes and tweaked the Nvidia Control Panel for the fallout 76 application, after some videos in youtube.
Turning the settings even to low doesn't seem to resolve this.

My configuration:

ASUS ROG Strix G15 G512LV
Intel i7 10870H
16 gb of ram
RTX 2060 6 gb

Connected to a Samsung Smart TV @2k 60 fps with game mode on.

P.S. The servers doesn't seem to be an issue, as this is on private and public servers as well.
Is my laptop too weak to handle this game or something can be done?
