Samsung RAID0 Slow

I recently installed two Samsung EVOs 120GB in Raid 0 on a Windows 8.1 PC. A fresh install and CrystalDiskManager bench marks were about 850 MB/s write. Now I'm getting about 500 MB/s. I was wondering if having Intel's Rapid Storage Technology and Windows' 8.1 Trim operating simultaneously is creating a conflict. Should one be disabled? If not, any idea on how to restore performance?

I disabled the Windows Drive Optimizer. So far no change. I will try and disable Intel Rapid Storage next while enabling only Windows Drive Optimizer.

*singing voice* RAID 0 sucks on SSDssssss, better off getting a higher capacity drive then RAIDing 2 smaller capacity drives togetherrrr.
