Greetings, I have a kit of two Samsung M378B1G73QH0-CK0 8gb rams which sadly do not work. I cannot find Samsung warranty policy for RAM,I contacted their support and told me to take a picture of the product, then they said they "do not have any information for this unit. Since this model is OEM. We only support the EVO/PRO series drives ".After I saw they don't know the difference between a ram and ssd I see there is no point talking to them anymore so I am looking for an answer here who can I contact and where can I find their warranty policy.

If the RAM is OEM (original equipment manufacturer) that means it came with a pre-built computer.
If the memory is still in the original system it came with, and the system is still under warranty, you can contact the computer manufacturer to get replacement RAM (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.). You'll have to go through their diagnostics steps first, of course.

That would be the only way to get the RAM replaced under warranty.

The ram can be bought on any online store brand new,Amazon for instance. Ram most likely came in a pre-built PC,but I found that it has lifetime warranty. I also didn't mention the problem with ram,if It is the only stick in the system,pc wont post, but if I put some other ram in the pc with it,PC will post fine.It even gets recognized in the BIOS and I can change it's settings. But when I get into windows, task manager and resource monitor will show 16gb,but 8gb is be hardware reserved memory.
