Samsung SGH S307 Language Help Needed

I recently bought a S307 that was used on Cingular. The previous owner set
the language option to Spanish, and I am trying to put it to English.

Does anyone know how to do this? It is pretty hard for me since I don't
speak Spanish.

I would really appreciate any help that anyone has to offer.
