Samsung TA550 23' good enough for CS:GO gameplay?

Hello. I'm looking into a TA550 Samsung monitor/tv. I wanted to get some info if there will be too much input lag, when i play a "twitch-shooter" like CS:GO.

First off, that seems to be a 27-inch monitor, not a 23 inch?

Regardless, yes, it will do just fine for CS:GO
