Question Samsung "Test Good" Monitor

Hi,

I have a Samsung S22F350FHU monitor. The monitor works well, except for one problem that is annoying me a lot.
When the monitor has no signal, the power LED blinks constantly, and the screen turns on every 30 seconds - 1 minute. The screen shows a message: "Test Good". Then, it turns off and the process repeats until I turn off the monitor manually.

Maybe this video can help to understand the problem.

I tried to change every single option in the menu. I'm using a HDMI cable, I tested the monitor with 3 cables, 2 PCs and the problem remains. Anyone knows what is happening?

I have the exact problem as well, I've also tried a VGA and there is not a difference.
