Question Samsung U28R550UQN firmware

I have two Samsung 28" UR50 UHD monitors. One of them is running older firmware than the other ( firmware versions M-R5528UGDA-1001.1 versus M-R5528UGDA-1004.5). I believe that this difference in firmware is causing some display issues between the two monitors. I am looking for a download of the newest firmware in order to get the monitors on the same page. I have contacted Samsung support multiple times only to be told that they don't have firmware for these monitors (how is that possible?). And I have searched everywhere I can to find the firmware. Anyone know where I can get firmware for these monitors? Is it possible to download the firmware from the monitor running the newer firmware to the old one?

Maybe if you use their device install for both monitors it will help. Manuals & Software | Official Samsung Support US It takes a few seconds for the files to pop up.
