Well, I want to have 4K monitor and 7"-13" full HD touchpad if i really want to use touch features!
It is much better to have normal screen and touch based controll device as separate items.
No fingerprints is you main monitor, it does not hurt your hand so much touching a device that is in the table, than to reach out that big monitor in front of you.
We allready have good Pen &Touch tablets that allow you to draw pictures, why not use something like that as an UI usage device? Some of the have a sceen, so of them not, but in anyway it would be superior product instead of touch sceen monitor (not countin portable devices of cource where size really matter...)
